In order to lose weight fast and free, we have to realize that overnight weight loss is impossible. Do not make the misconception of defining fast as overnight or instant. Fast is a relative term. You say it fast when it is faster than what you expect. You wont say fast when you expect for a miracle to happen. Be realistic. Do not push yourself too much.
